Testo su 2 colonne, capilettera xilografici, mancano i fascicoli 3a6-3d6, f-g6, carta a1 foderata con qualche piccolo foro, aloni di umidità, carta K5 con strappo senza perdita, carta G4 con piccolo foro e mancanza di 4-5 lettere, piccoli fori di tarlo sui fascicoli U-gg8, riparazione al margine bianco di alcune carte, strappo riparato sulle ultime 5 carte con perdita di qualche lettera sulle ultime 3, legatura moderna in mezza pergamena, titolo e autore manoscritti al dorso.
