Conditions of Sale
The Department of Antiques caters to collectors and antique furniture, ceramics and art objects enthusiasts.
Our experts select not only furniture from every era and style, from the Renaissance, Baroque and Rococo periods to the 19th century, but also sculptures, objets d’art and collectibles, majolica and porcelain from all Italian and European manufactures.
Antique furniture represents a unique cultural heritage, witnesses to the art and craftsmanship of artisans of past centuries who created artifacts of great elegance and formal richness, often embellished with decorations such as inlays and applications in finely chiseled gilded bronzes.
The purchase of antique furniture represents a unique opportunity for those who wish to enrich or even begin their collection by coming into possession of an art object of historical and artistic value.
The department also offers a wide range of services to private individuals, from consulting to proposed appraisal of collections or individual works, with the aim of ensuring maximum satisfaction to our principals through catalog enhancement of their works with high-quality professional photography and researched cataloging.
